Tai Chi incorporates balance\, breathing\, and slow movements of the entire body while relaxing your mind. Tai Chi will gradually improve your posture\, balance\, flexibility and sense of well being by the continued practice of this Chinese art form. \nNew students can begin the class anytime.  \n \nAbout Carolyn \nCarolyn Wolf is a retired educator\, transplanted from California. For the past 12 years she has been studying and practicing Tai Chi and Qigong with her Sifu\, Estin Kiger\, here in the Rogue Valley. She has a Practice Leader Certificate from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi\, and has been leading practice groups for six years. The rest of her life is consumed by gardening\, hiking and exploring beautiful Southern Oregon\, and creating one of a kind scrap quilts and fiber art. \n \nParticipant Requirements 8.27.2021
