SOHS Hanley Farm will be hosting a twilight “Halloween Prowl” from 4:30 through 7:30pm this Saturday, October 24. Guests can join the Southern Oregon Historical Society for a lantern-lit walk across Hanley Farm. Friendly guides will lead them to different farm locations where they will encounter benevolent spirits from Hanley Farm’s past that will teach them about jack-o-lanterns, bats, owls, and other Halloween friends and traditions. At the end of their prowl, guests can grab a hot chocolate or apple cider from the concession stand and and join a campfire circle singalong with tunes from Halloweens past.

SOHS Hanley Farm is located at 1053 Hanley Road, Central Point, just 2 miles outside of Jacksonville. Tours begin every 15 minutes, tour size is capped, reservations are required for a specific tour time, and tickets are $5 per person. Tickets can be purchased at
